A window into the romantic past- cozy, classy, and fun. Celebrating twenty years of success as one of Florida's most popular restaurants. In 2005 Hemingway's was voted as the number four restaurant in Sarasota. In the past year we have added a balcony dining area overseeing St. Armand's Circle. Also, we are proud to display many beautiful paintings from the Maui Art Gallery in the dining room to add to our relaxing "beach life" theme.
We are now featuring our great new lunch and dinner menus. Our Shrimp & Avocado-Mango Salad and Lido specialty salads offer a cool, crisp change of style for people wanting a lighter lunch. Hemingway's Famous Chowder or one of our creative daily soups compliment the specialty salads to make for a delightful meal. Many unique sandwiches like our Chicken, Sliced Pear and Brie Ciabatta Sandwich or our Cajun Buffalo Chicken Wrap make for a difficult choice. |
For dinner we have many tantalizing seafood, beef, pasta and poultry dishes that contain something for everyone. The Lahvosh, Sesame Seared Tuna, and Tenderloin Teasers highlight our amazing selection of world sample appetizers. Macadamia Crusted New Zealand Sea Bass, Chicken Portabella Pasta, and Pork Roullade are just a couple of our customer favorites, or just take Ernie's word for it and try the filet or grouper "Oscar style".
